The list above is what we do most, not the limit of what we do. RAMA Construction is a full-service general contractor: if it is part of a home, we either perform it with our own crews or manage the licensed trade that does. And here is the part most contractors will not put in writing.
How It Actually Goes
Even the odd items. It is common for a homeowner to call about one thing and have six others they assumed nobody would take.
Some jobs are better and cheaper with a specialist, and we will say so and point you there. We would rather lose a small job than do it badly.
We take on additional and smaller services when the overall project reaches our company minimum. Mobilizing a licensed, insured crew, a supervisor, permits, and warranty coverage has a fixed cost — below a certain project size we cannot do it to our standard, so we do not pretend otherwise. When your project reaches that minimum, those extra items get folded in at fair pricing instead of being treated as separate visits.
Whatever ends up in scope, it lands in one written scope with one accountable party.
