We go room by room and write the list with you, including the items you were told were 'not worth doing.' Then we tell you which ones actually are.

Order of operations
Rough trades before drywall, drywall before floors, floors before paint touch-up. Most renovation regret comes from doing the right work in the wrong sequence.

Execution with one point of contact
Electrician, plumber, drywaller, painter, flooring — coordinated by us. You call one number.

Walkthrough
We close the punch list before we ask for the final payment.
